Do you ever have one of those days, where you ask your self that question because you're doing too many things at once and sometimes you just loose track, I was like that tonight. I have so many ideas and projects on the go, I am just feeling really overwhelmed right now. I have to remind myself to take deep breaths, and just have fun! The blank canvas's and paint bottles will still be there tomorrow and the day after, right?
I believe making lists and having goals are a really effective way to lay everything out that you have racing around in your mind. So I made a list of all the major album projects I want to have done by the end of this year. Except for the Journey Back album, this will be about my childhood, the house I lived in and everything else worth preserving for myself and children. So I'm giving myself more time for this one.
Here's the unfinished cover of my Art Is album -
Yes, it is unfinished. This is actually just a digital version of the composition. I have printed it on canvas and I am planning on doing a lot more to it! You wont see the final piece until the whole albums complete. I'm starting a series of art that will be available for sale later this
year through Etsy.com and I really want to experiment with some of the new
skills I have learnt lately (and going to learn), so I thought it would be cool applying them to an album dedicated to
my favorite art quotes. I will be making
prompts for myself and sharing all of them at the end, so others can
create something similar. I know this project will be a lot of fun and
very satisfying.
I will assemble all my pages into this cute canvas album -
I might add more pages, I might not... we'll see how I go. One thing is for sure, I will totally be adding my mark on the out side and inside of this album. You can get this at 2Peas by the way, I think the price is fair!
Not a lot new in my store this week, just this pack of butterflies -
I actually used these on my walls pictured in last weeks post, just recolored them to suit the teal, love butterflies!
Have you seen the Lift This challenge this week? I think you should pop over and take a peek, it inspired me to create this page -
