I am so pleased with the photos I took while on holiday. They will certainly be cherished! I am currently working on the album which I am hoping to finish next week. I will give you guys the link to view when I am done. Here are some of my favorite pics taken.

First shot is of Raglan Beach (no surf that day, unfortunately for Justin) Second shot is in Mt Taranaki, we stayed in a Bach shown on the left of the photo.



We also celebrated our Daughters 2nd birthday while away. She looks so grownen up in these photos.

Her beauty blows me away!



SO today is the last day of 08. I always used to feel a little sad and unprepared for the new year. But this time I am actually pleased with what I accomplished this year and so eager for the new year to roll in. Here are my goals that were written down at the beginning of this year.
 
My goals for 2009

Loose weight before we are ready for baby no.3
Put house work a little bit higher on the priorities list... a little higher.
Grow a veggie patch.
Landscape the front yard .
Spend less time on the computer.
Meet one of my many on-line friends.
Grow my digital scrapbooking business.
Travel overseas with the family.

Yes I think thats achievable. Not sure about the housework bit... but I'll give it my best!

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you are inspired to do something OUT THERE! for yourself  in 2009.

Thats right! Its that time! I have three spots available for 2 months.

As a Guest Member you are required to create at least 2 pages a month using 100% products created by me.
In return you receive a voucher to my store at Catscrap and 2 months worth of products for free!

All you have to do is:

- 2 page designs using at around 50% - 70% my products.

- Pages should show designs principles in any style suited to you as an artist.

YAY! I am going on Holiday with my lovely family. This is well over due! I will let you all know where I am going and I will take lots of pics!

WIPE WIPE

I have to show you an awesome Hybrid album created by Laura AKA Laurakaye.
I absolutely love how she used the 'I live For' Freebie Kit. 

Laura has created flow not just on her pages but her entire album. By sticking to a limited colour scheme, two types of font faces and close crops on her photos. I also love the gold transparency sheet she used to further add consitency and flow. I love mini albums, actually as I'm writing, this gives me an idea to run a mini album contest next year! Watch out for details soon.

I am loving it at Catscrap.com. It is really my kind of scene! I recently discovered that one of the designers there just finished recording a French Gospel Album with Paul Baloche. Her name is Lynn Marie

and wow! her voice is amazing! I was immediately edified after listening to her singing... and I don't understand a word she is singing about, but wow... it is beautiful! I am still bowen away by her voice. (sigh) I wish I could sing like her... if only. (sigh again)

The last month of the year... arhhh! can you believe it! Honestly it feels like 2007 ended only a few months ago!

I hope some of you will join in on the hodge Podge challenge! I'm looking forward to seeing everyones entries!

You may have noticed that Pixel Canvas in down. Unfortunately it is unfix-able. We may have to rebuild it. I feared this would be the case. I am still positive though. Theres just too many good things happening right now to make me feel defeated! Pixel Canvas will be back, don't worry! In the mean time you can find me hanging out at Catscrap! I love that place, I never thought I'd be a designer over there, so I feel so blessed and honored about this! Thanks for all the incredible support and encouragement.
